Popular Nigerian content creators Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, better known as Jarvis, have officially tied the knot in a court wedding, marking a new chapter in their widely followed love story.
Videos from the civil wedding surfaced on social media on Wednesday, showing the couple exchanging wedding vows before signing the marriage register in the presence of family members and close friends. The ceremony has since attracted congratulatory messages from fans, celebrities and fellow content creators across social media.
The court wedding comes just days before the couple’s much-anticipated white wedding, which is scheduled to hold on August 1, 2026. Earlier this month, Peller and Jarvis announced the wedding date through a cinematic video shared on their social media pages, generating excitement among their millions of followers.
The couple also recently unveiled their official pre-wedding photographs, describing the images as a reflection of their journey together ahead of their big day.
“Our hearts are full, our smiles are real, and we’re counting down to forever. See you at the wedding,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post.
Peller and Jarvis have become one of Nigeria’s most popular influencer couples, building a massive online following through comedy skits, TikTok livestreams and relationship-based content. Although their relationship initially sparked mixed reactions online, it has grown into one of the country’s most talked-about digital love stories.
Before the court wedding, Peller had already completed the traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, where he met Jarvis’ family and fulfilled the customary requirements, including the payment of her bride price.
