Real Madrid have dismissed reports claiming they are preparing a move for Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise, insisting they have had no contact with the player or his representatives.
The Spanish giants released a statement on Saturday to address growing speculation linking the France international with a big-money switch to the Santiago Bernabéu.
Recent reports in Spanish media suggested that Real Madrid were considering a massive offer worth more than €200 million for the Bayern star.
However, the club firmly denied the claims.
“Real Madrid wishes to clarify that they have not had any direct or indirect contact with the player, his representatives, or people in his circle,” the statement said.
Madrid also stressed that they maintain an excellent relationship with Bayern Munich and described the transfer reports as inaccurate.
Olise joined Bayern Munich from Crystal Palace in 2024 and quickly became one of the club’s standout performers, helping the German champions win the Bundesliga and reach the Champions League semi-finals.
The winger’s impressive displays have attracted attention across Europe, but Real Madrid insist they are not pursuing a deal.
The denial comes as Madrid continue reshaping their squad ahead of the new season following a disappointing campaign that ended without a major trophy.
