Nollywood actress Teniola Aladese has shared rare details about her personal life, revealing that she is currently single and describing herself as someone who takes relationships seriously.
The actress made the disclosure during an appearance on Pulse Nigeria’s Drink or Spill, where she was asked about her current relationship status.
“I am trying my best, guys. I date, but currently I am not dating,” Aladese said.
Speaking further, the actress admitted that she has high standards when it comes to relationships and believes having clear boundaries is important.
“I am strict when it comes to dating. I disagree. I think a healthy level of strictness,” she explained.
Aladese also revealed what she considers her biggest relationship red flag, admitting that she tends to overthink situations.
“My biggest red flag is probably that I am over analytical. I overanalyse a lot of things, which is why I like to communicate a lot,” she said.
During the interview, the actress was also asked to name the most dramatic celebrity she knows, and she had no hesitation in mentioning fellow Nollywood star Bisola Aiyeola.
“That will be Bisola Aiyeola because I love her. She is one of the most dramatic celebrities I have ever met. She is one of my favourite people in the world and I love her for that,” Aladese said.
She also spoke about her favourite on-screen acting partners, revealing that while Uzor Arukwe used to top her list, Taiye Arimoro is now her preferred co-star.
