A Lagos magistrates’ court has arraigned a TikTok content creator, Oladimeji Hammed, popularly known as Immunizer, over allegations of cyberbullying and harassment against Omowunmi Cynthia, the widow of late singer Mohbad.
The 27-year-old was brought before the court on multiple charges, including cyberstalking, bullying, and publishing harmful and provocative content online.
According to prosecutors, Hammed allegedly shared several posts and videos targeting Omowunmi between February and March 2026.
“The defendant allegedly published harmful, insulting and provocative content against Mohbad’s widow.”
The prosecution claimed that some of the posts accused Omowunmi of various actions and included content that exposed her to public criticism, harassment and online trolling.
Authorities also alleged that the social media posts contributed to an incident in which Mohbad’s widow was reportedly confronted by members of the public.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against him.
Following his arraignment, the court granted him bail under strict conditions, including the provision of two sureties and evidence of financial capacity.
The case has been adjourned for further proceedings.
The development adds another chapter to the controversies surrounding the death of Mohbad and the public scrutiny faced by members of his family since the singer’s passing.
