Popular Nigerian rapper Ice Prince Zamani has opened up about his future plans, revealing that he does not see himself actively chasing music and album releases after turning 40.
The award-winning artist shared the surprising career move during an interview on TVC’s Wake Up Nigeria, where he spoke about wanting a quieter and more purposeful life outside the entertainment industry.
According to the 37-year-old rapper, he plans to return to school in a few years to study agriculture and fully focus on farming.
Ice Prince explained that while music has given him fame and success, he now wants to explore another side of life that brings him peace and fulfillment.
The Jos-born star said he hopes to be on the farm more often once he reaches 40, adding that constant album releases and the pressure of the music industry may no longer be his priority.

Despite his future plans, Ice Prince recently released a new album titled Testimony of Grace, which dropped on May 1, 2026.
The 13-track project combines rap and Afrobeats sounds and features collaborations with artists like Niniola, Skiibii, and Sinzu.
During the interview, the rapper also reflected on his long-standing relationship with former record label Chocolate City and fellow artists including MI Abaga, Jesse Jagz, and Young L.
Ice Prince said he remains grateful that he left the label peacefully without the usual controversies that often happen between artists and music companies.
According to him, the bond between him and the Chocolate City family remains strong, describing them as brothers who still support one another.
The rapper also spoke about his physical transformation and weight loss journey.
He revealed that his producer and close friend, Chopstix, once advised him to improve his image by losing weight and changing his appearance.
That advice, he said, motivated him to make serious lifestyle changes that helped improve both his confidence and public image.
